This hands-on course introduces the major concepts of project management and concentrates on the five fundamental process groups within project management. Participants will learn how to break down work and apply the process groups to shepherd their projects to successful conclusions. In addition, because we must manage multiple projects at a time, we will learn the secrets of how to use time wisely, how to prioritize what we do, and how to manage ourselves.
